Having been an advocate of self-improvement and human skills training for over 30 years, I am curious to know a few answers. Do small to medium sized businesses need, want or care about training for their leadership and employees? Would they be interested in an online video on demand training center? I am looking at a unique opportunity that I believe is an awesome match but am looking for feedback. Would a small business owner pay a monthly subscription for such training? How much would he pay?
